FIeld & Faith
Field & Faith is the overarching ministry that brings all of our outreach, discipleship, and community impact under one mission: to be fathers to the fatherless in this generation. We serve in multiple capacities from meeting practical needs for kids, foster youth, and hurting households, most often with the help of our own mentees as we teach them how to pour outward with compassion and purpose. Field & Faith facilitates retreats, camps, and outdoor field days that help young people can encounter healing, growth, and community in the outdoors. This work supports and expands everything we do through our Forged and Refined programs. We also partner with colleges across the region, leading groups, investing in students, and speaking into the lives of young adults who are hungry for identity, guidance, and a place to belong.
FoRGED
Forged is our men’s discipleship movement built on one mission: to raise up sons and shape men by being fathers to the fatherless in this generation. We create environments where young men can be formed, challenged, and restored. Whether they grew up without a father, had a fractured relationship, or simply never had a man invest in their identity, character, and calling. Forged teaches men how to walk with God, carry responsibility, love sacrificially, and live with honor. Through weekly groups, counseling, mentoring, outdoor experiences, and hands-on service opportunities, we guide young men into wholeness and equip them to pour outward into others.
REFINED
Refined is our women’s discipleship movement built on one mission: to raise up strong daughters in this fatherless in this generation. We create spaces where young women can be healed, strengthened, and guided into their God-given identity, especially those who grew up without a present father, experienced broken family dynamics, or never had someone call out their worth and purpose. Refined teaches women how to walk confidently with God, cultivate inner wholeness, build meaningful community, and step boldly into the calling on their lives. Through weekly groups, counseling, mentoring relationships, outdoor experiences, and service opportunities, Refined shapes women who know who they are, who they belong to, and what they were created to carry.
